4.1 票價

除非另有明確說明，否則票價僅適用於從出發地點機場至目的地機場的航空運輸。票價不包括機場與機場之間或機場與市區之間的地面交通服務。票價會根據購票日我們的有效運價計算，並適用於機票列明的特定日期和行程。If you change your itinerary or dates of travel, this may impact the fare to be paid.

4.2 稅項、費用及收費

Applicable taxes, fees and charges imposed by the Government or other authority, or by the operator of an airport, shall be payable by you. At the time you purchase your Ticket, you will be advised of the applicable taxes, fees and charges not included in the fare, most of which will normally be shown separately on the Ticket. 航空旅遊徵收的稅項、費用及收費常有變動，而且有可能在發出機票後徵收。如機票列明適用的稅項、費用或收費有所增加，您有義務補交。同樣地，如發出機票後有新增的稅項、費用或收費，您有義務補交。Vice versa, in the event any tax, fee or charge which you have paid to us at the time of Ticket issuance is abolished or reduced such that they no longer apply to you, or a lesser amount is due, you will be entitled to claim a refund.

4.3 貨幣

Fares, taxes, fees and charges are payable in the currency of the country in which the Ticket is issued, unless another currency is indicated by us or our Authorized Agent, at or before the time payment is made (for example, because of the non-convertibility of the local currency). 我們可自行決定接受以其他貨幣收費。

4.4 誤機費

No Show Fee (Penalty) will be applied on the fare paid for the Ticket, based on the class of the Ticket as defined below, which are non-refundable fares.

豪華經濟客艙：E
商務艙：J

Penalties of Domestic fare - TH:

Any change or cancellation of reservation made after the original flight departure are considered no-show and the no-show fee of THB 500 for economy class, and THB 1,000 for premium economy and business classes will be applied.

Penalties of International fare - ORG TH:

Any change or cancellation of reservation made after the original flight departure are considered no-show and the no-show fee of THB 1,000 for economy class, and THB 2,000 for premium economy and business classes will be applied.

Penalties of International fare - ORG KH:

Any change or cancellation of reservation made after the original flight departure are considered no-show and the no-show fee of USD 30 will be applied.

Waived Fares:

• FFP Resident Card ( Samui Resident, Trat Privilege, Sukhothai Privilege )
• Corporate Fare and Government Fare
• Code Share Fare

All of the above fares and the No Show Fee will be automatically charged for ticket issuance from 01 November 2017.
