9.1 時間表

9.1.1 The flight times shown in timetables may change between their date of publication and the date you actually travel due to reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee the changes to flight times to you and they do not form part of your contract with us.

9.1.2 Before we accept your booking, we will notify you of the scheduled flight time in effect as at that time, which will be shown on your Ticket. It is possible that we may need to change the scheduled flight time subsequent to the issuance of your Ticket. If you provide us with your contact information, we will endeavor to notify you of any such changes. 購票後,如我們對航班時間作出重大變更而您不能接受,並且我們無法為您安排您可以接受的替代航班,您有權按照條款 10.2 的規定退款。

9.2 航班取消、調整路線、延誤等

9.2.1 We will take all necessary measures to avoid any delay in carrying you and your Baggage. In the case of a delay due to a Force Majeure that is beyond our control, we will arrange for a flight to be operated on our behalf by an alternative Carrier and/or aircraft for you.

9.2.2 Except as otherwise provided by the Convention, if we cancel a flight, fail to operate a flight reasonably according to the schedule, fail to stop at your destination or Stopover destination, or cause you to miss a connecting flight on which you hold a confirmed reservation, we shall take one of the following measures of your choosing:

   9.2.2.1 Carry you, at the earliest opportunity, on another of our scheduled services on which space is available without any additional charge and, where necessary, extend the validity of your Ticket; or

   9.2.2.2 Within a reasonable period of time, re-route you to the destination shown on your Ticket by our own services or those of another Carrier, or by other mutually agreed means and class of transportation, without additional charge. 如改變後的航程票價和費用低於您已付的票價和費用,我們將退還差額;或

9.2.3 Upon the occurrence of any of the events set out in Article 9.2.2, unless as otherwise provided by the Convention, the options outlined in Articles 9.2.2.1 through 9.2.2.3 are the sole and exclusive remedies available to you and we shall have no further liability to you, notwithstanding the scope of liability of an airline as provided in the International Carriage by Air Act B.E. 2558 (2015).

9.2.4 If we are unable to provide previously confirmed space, we shall provide compensation to those Passengers denied boarding in accordance with applicable laws and our denied boarding compensation policy.
