<h2>《曼谷航空乘客权利公告》</h2>

<p>本公告依据泰国民航局第 101 号条例《国内及国际定期航班乘客权益保障措施》制定，自 2025 年 5 月 20 日起生效。根据其在该条例项下的义务，曼谷航空有责任维护您作为乘客的权利，并为您提供下述协助。</p>

<h3>适用范围</h3>

<p>本条例适用于符合以下任一条件的泰国出发航班乘客（含国内及国际航班）：</p>

<ul>
	<li>您按照<a href="https://www.bangkokair.com/airport-check-in" target="_blank">曼谷航空规定的时间</a>办理值机手续。在没有规定时间的情况下，您必须在国内航班起飞前 45 分钟或国际航班起飞前 1 小时前往机场办理值机手续；或</li>
	<li>虽然您在上述规定以外的时间办理值机手续，但曼谷航空仍接受承运；或</li>
	<li>您因任何原因从预订的航班转至另一个航班；或</li>
	<li>您预订的航班被改期，起飞时间与公布的航班时刻表相差超过 5 小时；或</li>
	<li>您预定的航班被取消。</li>
</ul>

<h3>航班延误</h3>

<p>如果您的航班预计延误超过 2 小时，您有权享用餐食、茶点和使用通讯设施。</p>

<p>对于国际航班延误超过 5 小时的，您有权获得至少 1 晚酒店住宿，包括交通费用（如有必要）。</p>

<p>如果国内航班延误超过 2 小时或国际航班延误超过 5 小时，导致您的航班不再达到预期目的，您有权取消您的行程，并获得未完成行程部分的赔偿。</p>

<p>除非航班延误由特殊情况造成，否则您有权获得赔偿。根据以下条件，您可以选择以现金或旅行代金券的形式获得相应赔偿：</p>

<ul>
	<li>国内航班延误超过 5 小时：赔偿 1,200 泰铢；</li>
	<li>国际航班延误超过 5 小时：赔偿 1,500 泰铢；</li>
	<li>国际航班延误超过 10 小时且航程不超过 1,500 公里：赔偿 2,000 泰铢；</li>
	<li>国际航班延误超过 10 小时，航程超过 1,500 公里但不超过 3,500 公里：赔偿 3,500 泰铢；</li>
	<li>国际航班延误超过 10 小时且航程超过 3,500 公里：赔偿 4,500 泰铢。</li>
</ul>

<h3>航班取消</h3>

<p>如果您的航班被取消，您有权获得以下服务：</p>

<ul>
	<li>关怀：如果需要，您有权享用餐食和茶点，使用通讯设施，以及至少 1 晚酒店住宿（包括交通费用）。</li>
	<li>选项：您有权选择退还未完成部分旅程的机票、重新安排前往最终目的地的路线或选择其他交通方式出行。</li>
	<li>赔偿：除非航班取消属于不符合赔偿条件的情况，包括由特殊情况引起的航班取消，否则您有权获得赔偿。</li>
</ul>

<p><u>赔偿金额</u></p>

<ul>
	<li>国内航班：1,500 泰铢；</li>
	<li>航程不超过 1,500 公里的国际航班：2,000 泰铢；</li>
	<li>航程超过 1,500 公里但不超过 3,500 公里的国际航班：3,500 泰铢。</li>
	<li>航程超过 3,500 公里的国际航班：4,500 泰铢。</li>
</ul>

<p><u>如果出现以下情况，您将无权获得赔偿：</u></p>

<ul>
	<li>您在国内航班预定出发时间前至少 3 天、或国际航班预定出发时间前至少 7 天收到航班取消通知，并提供其他出行选项。</li>
	<li>您在上述指定时间范围内收到航班取消通知，但替代航班将在原定起飞时间之前或之后的合理时间内飞往同一目的地，且到达目的地的时间不早于或晚于原定到达时间 3 小时。</li>
	<li>航班取消是由于特殊情况造成的。</li>
</ul>

<h3>被拒绝登机</h3>

<p>当乘客人数超过航班上的可用座位时，曼谷航空可要求乘客自愿放弃其座位，以换取补偿和／或其他商定的权益。</p>

<p>如果您自愿或非自愿被拒绝登机，您有权获得与航班取消时相同的服务、选择和赔偿。</p>

<p>但是，如果您因合理理由被拒绝登机，包括健康、安全、安保或旅行证件不充分等原因，则您无权享有这些权利。</p>

<h3>舱位降级</h3>

<p>如果您非自愿地被分配到比您所购机票上指定的舱位更低的舱位，您有权根据以下标准获得赔偿：</p>

<ul>
	<li>航程不超过 1,500 公里的航班，赔偿票价的 30%；</li>
	<li>航程超过 1,500 公里但不超过 3,500 公里的航班，赔偿票价的 50%；</li>
	<li>航程超过 3,500 公里的航班，赔偿票价的 75%。</li>
</ul>

<p>在所有情况下，退款都将以与您购买机票相同的付款方式处理，例如现金、银行转账或信用卡。退款将在以下时间范围内完成（从曼谷航空或旅行社收到报销表格和所有必需文件之日起计算）：</p>

<ul>
	<li>如果您使用现金购买机票，退款将在 14 天内完成；</li>
	<li>如果您使用信用卡购买机票，退款将在 45 天内完成；</li>
	<li>如果您选择接受旅行代金券形式的退款，退款将在 7 天内完成；</li>
	<li>如果您通过旅行社购买机票，旅行社将在 60 天内完成退款。</li>
</ul>

<p>您有权根据<a href="https://www.bangkokair.com/conditions/conditions-of-carriage" target="_blank">曼谷航空的运输条款</a>就任何损害获得赔偿。</p>

<h2>Bangkok Airways Notice on Passenger Rights</h2>

<p>This notice is issued in accordance with the Regulation of the Civil Aviation Board No. 101, prescribing Measures to Protect Passenger Rights on Domestic and International Scheduled Flights, which enters into force from 20 May 2025. Bangkok Airways, in compliance with its obligations thereunder, is responsible for upholding your rights as a passenger rights and for providing assistance as set forth below.</p>

<h3>Applicability</h3>

<p>This Regulation applies to you if you are traveling on a domestic or international flights departing from the Kingdom of Thailand under the following conditions:</p>

<ul>
	<li>You present yourself for check-in at the <a href="https://www.bangkokair.com/airport-check-in" target="_blank">time specified by Bangkok Airways</a>. In the absence of a specified time, you must present yourself for check-in no later than 45 minutes prior to the departure time for domestic flights or 1 hour prior to the scheduled departure time for international flights; or</li>
	<li>You present yourself for check-in at a time other than specified above and are nevertheless accepted for carriage by Bangkok Airways; or</li>
	<li>You have been transferred from your reserved flight to another flight for any reason; or</li>
	<li>Your reserved flight has been rescheduled to depart more than 5 hours different from the time specified in the published schedule; or</li>
	<li>Your reserved flight has been canceled.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Delay</h3>

<p>If your flight is expected to be delayed by more than 2 hours, you are entitled to receive a meal, refreshments, and access to communication facilities.</p>

<p>For international flights delayed by more than 5 hours, you are entitled to at least 1 night of hotel accommodation including transportation costs if necessary.</p>

<p>If the delay of more than 2 hours for domestic flights or more than 5 hours for international flights results in your flight no longer serving its intended purpose, you have the right to cancel your journey and receive a fund for the part or parts of the journey not undertaken.</p>

<p>Unless the delay is caused by extraordinary circumstances, you are entitled to compensation. You may choose to receive compensation either in cash or in the form of a travel voucher based on the following conditions:</p>

<ul>
	<li>THB 1,200 for domestic flights delayed by more than 5 hours;</li>
	<li>THB 1,500 for international flights delayed by more than 5 hours;</li>
	<li>THB 2,000 for international flights delayed by more than 10 hours with a distance of 1,500 kilometers or less;</li>
	<li>THB 3,500 for international flights delayed by more than 10 hours with a distance greater than 1,500 kilometers but not exceeding 3,500 kilometers;</li>
	<li>THB 4,500 for international flights delayed by more than 10 hours with a distance greater than 3,500 kilometers.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Cancellation</h3>

<p>If your flight is canceled, you are entitled to the following:</p>

<ul>
	<li>Care: You are entitled to receive meals and refreshments, access to communication facilities, and at least 1 night of hotel accommodation including transportation costs, if required.</li>
	<li>Options: You have the right to choose between reimbursement of the ticket for the part or parts of the journey not undertaken, re-routing to your final destination or travel by alternative means of transport.</li>
	<li>Compensation: Unless the cancellation falls within the circumstances of ineligibility, including where it is caused by extraordinary circumstances, you are entitled to receive compensation.</li>
</ul>

<p><u>Compensation Amounts</u></p>

<ul>
	<li>THB 1,500 for domestic flights;</li>
	<li>THB 2,000 for international flights with a distance of 1,500 kilometers or less;</li>
	<li>THB 3,500 for international flights with a distance greater than 1,500 kilometers but not exceeding 3,500 kilometers.</li>
	<li>THB 4,500 for international flights with a distance greater than 3,500 kilometers.</li>
</ul>

<p><u>You are not entitled to receive compensation if</u></p>

<ul>
	<li>You are informed of the cancellation and provided with alternative travel options at least 3 days prior to the scheduled departure for domestic flights, or at least 7days prior to the scheduled departure for international flights.</li>
	<li>You are informed of the cancellation less than the specified timeframes above, but the alternative flight departs for the same destination within a reasonable period before or after the original departure time and arrives at the destination no more than 3 hours earlier or later than the original scheduled arrival time.</li>
	<li>The cancellation is caused by extraordinary circumstances.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Denied Boarding</h3>

<p>When the number of passengers exceeds the available seats on a flight, Bangkok Airways may call for volunteers to relinquish their seats in exchange for compensation and/or other agreed-upon benefits.</p>

<p>If you volunteer or are involuntarily denied boarding, you are entitled to receive the same care, options, and compensation as in the case of a flight cancellation.</p>

<p>However, you are not entitled to these rights if you are denied boarding for reasonable grounds, including reasons related to health, safety, security, or inadequate travel documentation.</p>

<h3>Downgrading</h3>

<p>If you are involuntarily assigned to a lower class than what is specified on your purchased ticket, you are entitled to a reimbursement based on the following criteria:</p>

<ul>
	<li>30% of the ticket price for flights with a distance of 1,500 kilometers or less;</li>
	<li>50% of the ticket price for flights with a distance greater than 1,500 kilometers &ndash; 3,500 kilometers; or</li>
	<li>75% of the ticket price for flights with a distance greater than 3,500 kilometers.</li>
</ul>

<p>In all cases, reimbursement will be processed using the same payment method that you used to purchase by the ticket, such as cash, bank transfer, or credit card. Reimbursement will be completed within the following timeframes, calculated from the date Bangkok Airways or the travel agent receives the reimbursement form and all required documents:</p>

<ul>
	<li>If you purchased the ticket with cash, reimbursement will be completed within 14 days;</li>
	<li>If you purchased the ticket with a credit card, reimbursement will be completed within 45 days;</li>
	<li>If you select to accept reimburse in the form of a travel voucher, reimbursement will be completed within 7 days;</li>
	<li>If you purchased the ticket through a travel agent, reimbursement will be completed within 60 days by the travel agent.</li>
</ul>

<p>You have the right to receive compensation for any damages incurred in accordance with <a href="https://www.bangkokair.com/conditions/conditions-of-carriage" target="_blank">Bangkok Airways&#39; Conditions of Carriage</a>.</p>

<p>If you experience a situation described in this Notice and believe that Bangkok Airways has not complied with its obligation, you are encouraged to contact Bangkok Airways Customer Relations after the completion of your journey. <h2>ประกาศเกี่ยวกับสิทธิผู้โดยสารของสายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์ส</h2>

<p>ประกาศฉบับนี้ได้ออกตามข้อบังคับของคณะกรรมการการบินพลเรือน ฉบับที่ 101 ซึ่งกำหนดเรื่อง มาตรการคุ้มครองสิทธิของผู้โดยสารในเที่ยวบินแบบประจำภายในประเทศและระหว่างประเทศ มีผลใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันที่ 20 พฤษภาคม 2568 เป็นต้นไป โดยสายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์ส (&ldquo;สายการบิน&rdquo;) มีความรับผิดชอบในการคุ้มครองสิทธิผู้โดยสาร รวมทั้งให้ความช่วยเหลือตามที่กำหนดดังต่อไปนี้</p>

<h3>การมีผลบังคับใช้</h3>

<p>ข้อบังคับฉบับนี้มีผลใช้กับผู้โดยสารที่เดินทางด้วยเที่ยวบินภายในประเทศหรือระหว่างประเทศซึ่งออกจากราชอาณาจักรไทยภายใต้เงื่อนไขต่อไปนี้</p>

<ul>
	<li>ผู้โดยสารต้องแสดงตนเพื่อเช็กอิน ตาม<a href="https://www.bangkokair.com/airport-check-in" target="_blank">เวลาที่สายการบินกำหนด</a> หากไม่มีการกำหนดเวลาไว้ ผู้โดยสารต้องมาติดต่อเช็กอินไม่ช้ากว่า 45 นาที ก่อนเวลาออกเดินทางสำหรับเที่ยวบินภายในประเทศ และไม่ช้ากว่า 1 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลาออกเดินทางไว้สำหรับเที่ยวบินระหว่างประเทศ</li>
	<li>ผู้โดยสารแสดงตนเพื่อเช็กอิน ในเวลาอื่นนอกเหนือจากที่ระบุไว้ข้างต้น แต่สายการบินยอมรับผู้โดยสารให้เดินทางได้</li>
	<li>ผู้โดยสารถูกโอนย้ายจากเที่ยวบินที่สำรองไว้เป็นเที่ยวบินอื่น ไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใดก็ตาม</li>
	<li>เที่ยวบินที่ผู้โดยสารทำการสำรองไว้มีการปรับเปลี่ยนเวลาออกเดินทางใหม่ โดยเกินกว่า 5 ชั่วโมงจากกำหนดเวลาที่ระบุไว้ในตารางบินที่ได้ประกาศไว้</li>
	<li>เที่ยวบินที่ผู้โดยสารสำรองไว้ถูกยกเลิก</li>
</ul>

<h3>เที่ยวบินล่าช้า</h3>

<p>หากเที่ยวบินของผู้โดยสารคาดว่าจะล่าช้ามากกว่า 2 ชั่วโมง ผู้โดยสารมีสิทธิได้รับอาหาร เครื่องดื่ม และการเข้าถึงช่องทางสื่อสาร</p>

<p>สำหรับเที่ยวบินระหว่างประเทศที่ล่าช้ามากกว่า 5 ชั่วโมง ผู้โดยสารมีสิทธิได้รับที่พักในโรงแรมอย่างน้อย 1 คืน พร้อมค่าขนส่งที่จำเป็น</p>

<p>หากการล่าช้าดังกล่าว (มากกว่า 2 ชั่วโมง สำหรับเที่ยวบินภายในประเทศ หรือมากกว่า 5 ชั่วโมง สำหรับเที่ยวบินระหว่างประเทศ) ส่งผลให้เที่ยวบินดังกล่าวไม่สามารถตอบสนองวัตถุประสงค์ของการเดินทางได้อีกต่อไป ผู้โดยสารมีสิทธิที่จะยกเลิกการเดินทางและขอคืนเงินสำหรับส่วนของการเดินทางที่ยังไม่ได้เดินทาง</p>

<p>ในกรณีที่การล่าช้ามิได้เกิดจากสถานการณ์พิเศษ ผู้โดยสารมีสิทธิได้รับค่าชดเชย ซึ่งสามารถเลือกเป็นเงินสดหรือบัตรกำนัลเดินทาง (Travel Voucher) โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้:</p>

<ul>
	<li>1,200 บาทสำหรับเที่ยวบินภายในประเทศที่ล่าช้ามากกว่า 5 ชั่วโมง</li>
	<li>1,500 บาทสำหรับเที่ยวบินระหว่างประเทศที่ล่าช้ามากกว่า 5 ชั่วโมง</li>
	<li>2,000 บาทสำหรับเที่ยวบินระหว่างประเทศที่ล่าช้ามากกว่า 10 ชั่วโมง ที่มีระยะทางไม่เกิน 1,500 กิโลเมตร</li>
	<li>3,500 บาทสำหรับเที่ยวบินระหว่างประเทศล่าช้าเกิน 10 ชั่วโมง ที่มีระยะทางเกินกว่า 1,500 กิโลเมตร ถึง 3,500 กิโลเมตร</li>
	<li>4,500 บาท สำหรับเที่ยวบินระหว่างประเทศที่ล่าช้ามากกว่า 10 ชั่วโมง ที่มีระยะทางมากกว่า 3,500 กิโลเมตร</li>
</ul>

<h3>เที่ยวบินถูกยกเลิก</h3>

<p>หากเที่ยวบินถูกยกเลิก ผู้โดยสารมีสิทธิได้รับ</p>

<ul>
	<li>การดูแล : อาหารเครื่องดื่ม การเข้าถึงช่องทางการสื่อสาร และที่พักในโรงแรมอย่างน้อย 1 คืน พร้อมค่าขนส่งที่จำเป็น</li>
	<li>ทางเลือก : เลือกระหว่างการขอคืนเงินสำหรับส่วนของการเดินทางที่ยังไม่ได้เดินทาง การเปลี่ยนเส้นทางสู่จุดหมายปลายทางสุดท้าย หรือการเดินทางด้วยวิธีการอื่นที่เทียบเท่า</li>
	<li>ค่าชดเชย : ผู้โดยสารจะได้รับค่าชดเชย ยกเว้นกรณีเที่ยวบินถูกยกเลิกจากสถานการณ์พิเศษ หรือเหตุการณ์อื่นใดที่ส่งผลให้ไม่สามารถปฏิบัติการบินได้</li>
</ul>

<p><u>ผู้โดยสารมีสิทธิได้รับค่าชดเชยตามอัตราต่อไปนี้</u></p>

<ul>
	<li>1,500 บาทสำหรับเที่ยวบินภายในประเทศ</li>
	<li>2,000 บาทสำหรับเที่ยวบินระหว่างประเทศที่มีระยะทางไม่เกิน 1,500 กิโลเมตร</li>
	<li>3,500 บาทสำหรับเที่ยวบินระหว่างประเทศที่มีระยะทางเกินกว่า 1,500 กิโลเมตรแต่ไม่เกิน 3,500 กิโลเมตร</li>
	<li>4,500 บาท สำหรับเที่ยวบินระหว่างประเทศที่มีระยะทางมากกว่า 3,500 กิโลเมตร</li>
</ul>

<p><u>ผู้โดยสารไม่มีสิทธิได้รับค่าชดเชยหาก</u></p>

<ul>
	<li>ผู้โดยสารได้รับแจ้งการยกเลิกเที่ยวบินและได้รับการจัดหาทางเลือกอื่นอย่างน้อย 3 วันล่วงหน้าสำหรับเที่ยวบินภายในประเทศหรืออย่างน้อย 7 วันล่วงหน้าสำหรับเที่ยวบินระหว่างประเทศ</li>
	<li>ผู้โดยสารได้รับแจ้งการยกเลิกเที่ยวบินน้อยกว่าที่ระบุข้างต้น แต่เที่ยวบินใหม่ออกเดินทางในช่วงเวลาใกล้เคียงกับเที่ยวบินเดิมและถึงที่หมายไม่เกิน 3 ชั่วโมงก่อนหรือ หลังจากเวลาถึงที่กำหนดไว้</li>
	<li>การยกเลิกเกิดจากสถานการณ์พิเศษ</li>
</ul>

<h3>การถูกปฏิเสธการขึ้นเครื่อง</h3>

<p>หากจำนวนผู้โดยสารเกินกว่าจำนวนที่นั่งที่มีในเที่ยวบิน สายการบินอาจขออาสาสมัครสละที่นั่งโดยเสนอค่าชดเชยและ/หรือสิทธิประโยชน์อื่นที่ตกลงกัน</p>

<p>หากผู้โดยสารเป็นอาสาสมัครหรือถูกปฏิเสธการขึ้นเครื่องโดยไม่สมัครใจ ผู้โดยสารมีสิทธิได้รับการดูแล ทางเลือกและค่าชดเชยเช่นเดียวกับกรณียกเลิกเที่ยวบิน</p>

<p>อย่างไรก็ตาม ผู้โดยสารไม่มีสิทธิได้รับสิทธิเหล่านี้หากผู้โดยสารถูกปฏิเสธการขึ้นเครื่องด้วยเหตุผลอันสมควร เช่น ด้านสุขภาพ ความปลอดภัย หรือเอกสารการเดินทางไม่ถูกต้องเพียงพอ</p>

<h3>การลดชั้นบริการ</h3>

<p>หากผู้โดยสารถูกจัดให้นั่งอยู่ในชั้นบริการที่ต่ำกว่าชั้นที่ระบุในบัตรโดยสารโดยไม่สมัครใจ ผู้โดยสารมีสิทธิได้รับเงินคืนตามอัตราดังนี้:</p>

<ul>
	<li>30% ของราคาบัตรโดยสาร สำหรับเที่ยวบินที่มีระยะทางไม่เกิน 1,500 กิโลเมตร</li>
	<li>50% ของราคาบัตรโดยสารสำหรับเที่ยวบินที่มีระยะทางมากกว่า 1,500 กิโลเมตร แต่ไม่เกิน 3,500 กิโลเมตร</li>
	<li>75% ของราคาบัตรโดยสาร สำหรับเที่ยวบินที่มีระยะทางมากกว่า 3,500 กิโลเมตร</li>
</ul>

<p>การคืนเงินจะดำเนินการผ่านช่องทางเดียวกับที่ผู้โดยสารใช้ชำระเงินค่าบัตรโดยสาร เช่น เงินสด โอนเงินผ่านธนาคาร หรือบัตรเครดิต ภายในระยะเวลาดังต่อไปนี้ (นับจากวันที่สายการหรือบริษัทตัวแทนจำหน่ายได้รับแบบฟอร์มขอคืนเงินพร้อมเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องครบถ้วน)</p>

<ul>
	<li>กรณีชำระด้วยเงินสด: ภายใน 14 วัน</li>
	<li>กรณีชำระด้วยบัตรเครดิต: ภายใน 45 วัน</li>
	<li>กรณีเลือกเป็นบัตรกำนัลเดินทาง: ภายใน 7 วัน</li>

<h2>曼谷航空關於旅客權利的通告</h2>

<p>本通告根據民航局第 101 號條例發佈，該條例規定了國內和國際定期航班旅客權利保護措施，自 2025 年 5 月 20 日起生效。曼谷航空據此履行其義務，負責維護您作為旅客的權利，並提供以下幫助。</p>

<h3>適用範圍</h3>

<p>如果您在以下情況下乘坐從泰國出發的國內或國際航班，該條例適用於您：</p>

<ul>
	<li>您在<a href="https://www.bangkokair.com/airport-check-in" target="_blank">曼谷航空規定的時間</a>辦理報到手續。如果沒有規定時間，您必須在國內航班起飛前 45 分鐘或國際航班預定起飛前 1 小時內辦理報到手續；或</li>
	<li>雖然您在上述規定以外的時間辦理報到手續，但曼谷航空仍接受承運；或</li>
	<li>無論出於何種原因，您已從預訂航班轉至另一航班；或</li>
	<li>您預訂的航班已重新安排起飛時間，而該時間與公佈的航班時刻表中規定的起飛時間相差 5 小時以上；或</li>
	<li>您預訂的航班已取消。</li>
</ul>

<h3>延誤</h3>

<p>如果您的航班預計延誤超過 2 小時，您有權獲得餐食、茶點和通訊設施。</p>

<p>對於延誤超過 5 小時的國際航班，您有權享受至少一晚的酒店住宿，包括必要的交通費用。</p>

<p>如果國內航班延誤超過 2 小時，或國際航班延誤超過 5 小時，導致您的航班無法實現原定出行目的，您有權取消行程，並獲得未飛行部分的賠償金。</p>

<p>除非延誤是由特殊情況造成，否則您有權獲得賠償。您可以根據以下條款選擇以現金或旅行券的形式獲得賠償：</p>

<ul>
	<li>國內航班延誤超過 5 小時，賠償 1,200 泰銖；</li>
	<li>國際航班延誤超過 5 小時，賠償 1,500 泰銖；</li>
	<li>國際航班延誤超過 10 小時，飛行距離為 1,500 公里或以下者，賠償 2,000 泰銖；</li>
	<li>國際航班延誤超過 10 小時，飛行距離超過 1,500 公里但不超過 3,500 公里者，賠償 3,500 泰銖；</li>
	<li>國際航班延誤超過 10 小時，飛行距離超過 3,500 公里者，賠償 4,500 泰銖。</li>
</ul>

<h3>取消</h3>

<p>如果航班取消，您有權享受以下待遇：</p>

<ul>
	<li>食宿：您有權獲得餐食和茶點、使用通訊設施，以及至少一晚的酒店住宿，包括交通費（如有需要）。</li>
	<li>選擇：您有權選擇就未搭乘部分的機票索償、改道前往最終目的地或改乘其他交通工具。</li>
	<li>賠償：除非航班取消屬於不符合賠償條件的情況（包括因特殊情況造成的取消），否則您有權獲得賠償。</li>
</ul>

<p><u>賠償金額</u></p>

<ul>
	<li>國內航班取消，賠償 1,500 泰銖；</li>
	<li>國際航班取消，飛行距離為 1,500 公里或以下者，賠償 2,000 泰銖；</li>
	<li>國際航班取消，飛行距離超過 1,500 公里但不超過 3,500 公里者，賠償 3,500 泰銖；</li>
	<li>國際航班取消，飛行距離超過 3,500 公里的，賠償 4,500 泰銖。</li>
</ul>

<p><u>對於以下情況，您無權獲得賠償：</u></p>

<ul>
	<li>國內航班在計劃起飛前提前至少 3 天或國際航班在計劃起飛前提前至少 7 天通知您航班取消，並為您提供其他旅行選擇。</li>
	<li>您在上述規定時限內收到航班取消的通知，但替代航班在原定起飛時間之前或之後的合理時間內出發前往同一目的地，且抵達目的地的時間比原定抵達時間提前或推遲不超過 3 小時。</li>
	<li>基於特殊情況造成航班取消。</li>
</ul>

<h3>拒絕登機</h3>

<p>當旅客人數超過航班座位數時，曼谷航空可能會要求旅客自願放棄座位，以換取補償及／或其他商定的利益。</p>

<p>如果您自願放棄座位或非自願被拒絕登機，您有權獲得與航班取消相同的食宿、選擇和補償。</p>

<p>但是，如果您因合理原因（包括健康、安全、保安或旅行證件不足等相關原因）被拒絕登機，則無權享有這些權利。</p>

<h3>降級</h3>

<p>如果您被非自願地分配到比所購機票上指定的艙位更低的艙位，您有權根據以下標準獲得補償：</p>

<ul>
	<li>對於飛行距離為 1,500 公里或以下的航班，賠償票價的30%；</li>
	<li>對於飛行距離超過 1,500 公里但不超過 3,500 公里的航班，賠償票價的50%；或</li>
	<li>對於飛行距離超過 3,500 公里的航班，賠償票價的75%。</li>
</ul>

<p>在所有情況下，都將使用您購票時所使用的付款方式（如現金、銀行轉帳或信用卡）進行償付。償付將在以下時間內完成，從曼谷航空或旅行代理商收到償付表格和所有所需文件之日起計算：</p>

<ul>
	<li>如果您用現金購票，償付將在 14 天內完成；</li>
	<li>如果您用信用卡購票，償付將在 45 天內完成；</li>
	<li>如果您選擇接受旅行券形式的償付，償付將在 7 天內完成；</li>
	<li>如果您透過旅行代理商購票，償付將由旅行代理商在 60 天內完成。</li>
</ul>
