Bangkok / 20 April 2021&nbsp;- Due to recent announcements from authorities in different provinces regarding restrictions to enter each province in order to prevent the spread of the current outbreak of COVID-19,&nbsp;Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited realizes the inconvenience that this may affect its passengers and&nbsp;pleased to facilitate amendment of tickets issued in Thailand&nbsp;before/on 17 April and scheduled to travel within 31 May 2021.

Passengers who wish to amend their travel plans may have fees waived for rebooking or&nbsp;may&nbsp;alternatively request for refund where this will be proceeded as a travel voucher for future purchase with the airline. Passengers can make any necessary changes up to 24 hours prior to their flight departure time. Amendment without new specified travel date,&nbsp;open ticket, can be requested via <a href="https://forms.office.com/r/WjcEEfQX2L">https://forms.office.com/r/WjcEEfQX2L</a> within 24 hours prior to the origin departure time. The information provided through such form will be used to accommodate passengers&nbsp;only.

Passengers who purchased their tickets directly with Bangkok Airways, may contact the Call Center Tel 1771 or 02-270-6699 during 8 a.m. &ndash; 8 p.m. to proceed any preferred changes.

กรุงเทพฯ / 20 เมษายน 2564&nbsp;&ndash; ตามที่จังหวัดต่างๆ ได้ออกประกาศแจ้ง มาตรการการเข้าพื้นที่ของแต่ละจังหวัด เพื่อเฝ้าระวังและควบคุมการแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (โควิด-19) นั้น ทางบริษัท การบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ สายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์ส คำนึงถึงผลกระทบของผู้โดยสาร ที่อาจจะได้รับจากการเดินทาง จึงอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้โดยสารที่ออกบัตรโดยสารในประเทศไทย ก่อนหรือภายในวันที่ 17 เมษายน 2564 และมีกำหนดการเดินทางภายในวันที่ 31 พฤษภาคม 2564 สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงการเดินทางได้ โดยจะได้รับการยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมสำหรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงบัตรโดยสาร &nbsp;หรือสามารถขอคืนเงินค่าบัตรโดยสารเป็นรูปแบบทราเวลเวาเชอร์ (Travel Voucher) เพื่อใช้ซื้อบัตรโดยสารของสายการบินฯ สำหรับการเดินทางครั้งต่อไป โดยแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลาเดินทาง ตรวจสอบรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมได้ที่เว็บไซต์ <a href="http://www.bangkokair.com/travel-voucher">www.bangkokair.com/travel-voucher</a>

ทั้งนี้ กรณีขอเลื่อนการเดินทางโดยยังไม่ระบุวันเดินทางใหม่ (Open ticket) ผู้โดยสารสามารถแจ้งความประสงค์ผ่านแบบฟอร์มก่อนกำหนดการเดินทาง 24 ชั่วโมง โดยสายการบินฯ จะยึดตามวันที่ในการกรอกแบบฟอร์มจากผู้โดยสาร และให้การดูแลตามลำดับ กรอกแบบฟอร์มผ่าน <a href="https://forms.office.com/r/WjcEEfQX2L">https://forms.office.com/r/WjcEEfQX2L</a>
