Bangkok / 23 February 2022 - Bangkok Airways Public Company Limited announces its continued measures to facilitate passengers who might be affected by the spread of the current outbreak of COVID-19 by extending the amendment of tickets issued in Thailand and scheduled to travel within 31 March 2021.

Passengers who wish to amend their travel plans may have fees waived for rebooking or may alternatively request for refund where this will be preceded as a travel voucher for future purchase with the airline. Passengers can make any necessary changes up to 24 hours prior to their flight departure time. More information can be found at www.bangkokair.com/travel-voucher (terms and conditions apply). Passengers who wish to amend their travels with no new specified travel date (open ticket) can submit their request via <a href="https://forms.office.com/r/WjcEEfQX2L">https://forms.office.com/r/WjcEEfQX2L</a> within 24 hours prior to the proposed departure date. The airline will use information provided via such form in order to further accommodate passengers.

Passengers who booked their tickets through travel agencies are advised to directly contact their agents for further arrangements.

Moreover, the airline encourages passengers to check announcements, orders, and travel procedures, for each destination prior to travel from the related authorities.

Bangkok Airways apologizes for the inconvenience caused and the airline remains committed to the safety and hygiene of our passengers and employees as the highest priority. The airlines strictly implement surveillance measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

กรุงเทพฯ / 23 กุมภาพันธ์ 2565 &ndash; &nbsp;บริษัท การบินกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือสายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์ส ออกมาตรการเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการเดินทางสำหรับผู้โดยสาร ในระหว่างสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา (โควิด-19) ทั้งนี้เฉพาะผู้ที่ออกบัตรโดยสารในประเทศไทย และมีกำหนดการเดินทางภายในวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 2565 จะสามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงการเดินทางได้ โดยจะได้รับการยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมสำหรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงบัตรโดยสาร&nbsp; หรือสามารถขอคืนเงินค่าบัตรโดยสารเป็นทราเวลเวาเชอร์ (Travel Voucher) เพื่อใช้ซื้อบัตรโดยสารของสายการบินฯ สำหรับการเดินทางครั้งต่อไป โดยแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลาเดินทาง ตรวจสอบรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมได้ที่เว็บไซต์ <a href="https://www.bangkokair.com/travel-voucher">https://www.bangkokair.com/travel-voucher</a> เงื่อนไขเป็นไปตามที่บริษัทฯ กำหนด หรือสามารถขอเลื่อนการเดินทางโดยระบุวันเดินทางใหม่ด้วยตนเองได้ที่เว็บไซต์ <a href="https://www.bangkokair.com/managing-my-booking">https://www.bangkokair.com/managing-my-booking</a>

ทั้งนี้ กรณีขอเลื่อนการเดินทางโดยยังไม่ระบุวันเดินทางใหม่ (Open ticket) ผู้โดยสารสามารถแจ้งความประสงค์ผ่านแบบฟอร์มก่อนกำหนดการเดินทาง 24 ชั่วโมง โดยสายการบินฯ จะยึดตามวันที่ในการกรอกแบบฟอร์มจากผู้โดยสาร และให้การดูแลตามลำดับ กรอกแบบฟอร์มผ่าน <a href="https://forms.office.com/r/WjcEEfQX2L">https://forms.office.com/r/WjcEEfQX2L</a>
