• 網上辦理登機手續（網站及流動裝置）

到達機場前您可以於網上辦理登機手續。起飛前 24 小時至 1 小時可以於網上辦理登機手續。

• Automated Check-in

  If you have not done the check-in online and you have applied for the automated check-in service, you will be automatically checked-in 12 hours before the departure time, and your boarding pass will be sent to your e-mail address.​​Click here for more information.

• 自助專櫃辦理登機手續

  起飛前 24 小時至 1 小時可以於自助專櫃辦理登機手續。

  適用航班：

  All flights departing from Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang), Samui, Krabi, Chiang Mai, Hat Yai and Phuket airports are eligible for Kiosk Check-in.

• Passengers Eligible for Online Check-in, Automated Check-in and Kiosk Check-in

  所有持有電子機票並已確認預訂的乘客。  

  以下乘客除外：

  - 需要醫療／特殊協助的乘客

  - 獨自乘搭飛機的未成年旅客

  - 機票需付額外費用的乘客

  - 持有優惠機票並需在辦理登機手續時出示相關身份證明文件的乘客

• 行李

   行李內不可攜有任何違禁品或危險物品。按此了解危險物品政策詳情。

• 注意事項

  - 乘搭國內或國際航班前，每位乘客須全權負責準備旅遊證件。

  - 乘搭際航班的乘客，您的護照必須在出發日期當天起計至少有效 6 個月，並（如果是必須）持有效簽證。

  - Passengers on international flights who have completed Online Check-in, Automated Check-in or Kiosk Check-in are required to present themselves at Self Service Check-in Counter at least 90 minutes before departure to verify travel documents and drop off any check-in baggage.

  - Passengers on domestic flights who have completed Online Check-in, Automated Check-in or Kiosk Check-in with check-in baggage, please arrive at the airport at least 60 minutes before departure and visit Bag Drop Counter.

  - For Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, online checked-in,automated checked-in or kiosk checked-in passenger with check-in baggage please proceed to self-service bag drop to check-in your baggage, passenger without check-in baggage can directly proceed to boarding gate with their boarding pass issued from online or kiosk check-in.

  - Self-Service Bag Drop is available for Bangkok Airways flights at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi and other airports, click here for more information.

  - Passengers on domestic flights without check-in baggage can directly proceed to the boarding gate with their boarding pass from Online check-in, Automated Check-in or Kiosk check-in.

  - 國際航班乘客必須於起飛前最少 40 分鐘前往登機閘口，國內航班乘客必須於起飛前最少 30 分鐘前往登機閘口。

  - For Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport, international passengers must arrive at boarding gate 60 minutes before departure to verify travel documents for your destination countries.

  - 閘口會於起飛前 15 分鐘關閉。

  - Please have your boarding pass from Online check-in, Automated Check-in or Kiosk check-in, and any necessary documents ready.
