<h3>Travel With Infant</h3><p>Bangkok Airways welcome families travelling with infants aged at least seven days old and up to 24 months old. We require a parent or guardian (aged at least 16 years old) to accompany each infant and travel in the same class as the infant at all time.</p><p>To travel with infant and young children, find out more what we offer on our services</p><ul><li>Complimentary baby bassinets are available on Bangkok Airways operated flights on Airbus 319/320 with flight times of over 2.5 hours.</li><li>There is a limited availability of baby bassinets; 2 for Economy class cabins and 2 for Business class cabins (for both Airbus 319/320).</li><li>Please contact our reservation team at least 24 hours in advance prior to the departure date.</li><li>Maximum weight and height of infants due to use each bassinet are 11&nbsp;kg and 70 cm respectively.</li></ul>

<h3>Children Traveling Alone</h3>

<p>To facilitate the safe transportation of our younger passengers, Bangkok Airways provides the Unaccompanied Minor (UMNR) service for minors travelling alone without a guardian that are aged between 5 to under 12 years old (on an original departure date). Children aged between 12 to under 16 years old are not specifically required to use the unaccompanied service; however, we are happy to provide the service if requested.</p>

<p class="remark"><strong>Note :</strong> All children aged 5 to under 12 will be considered unaccompanied minors, even if they are traveling with other young passengers under the age of 16.</p>

<h3>Reservation and Ticketing</h3>

<p>Please contact the Bangkok Airways reservation/call centre at least 24 hours prior to departure time and receive the confirmation of your application.There should be a SSR code UMNR confirmed on each passenger reservation.</p>

<p>We ask that the following information is to be included in the PNR:</p>

<ul>
	<li>Identification document details and date of birth (DOB) of child</li>
	<li>Name, address and telephone number of the person escorting the child to the airport and their relationship to the child</li>
	<li>Name, address and telephone number of the person collecting the child at their destination and their relationship to the child</li>
</ul>

<h3>Charge</h3>

<p>Please note that an unaccompanied minor will be charged at the rate of Adult normal fare available ranging from booking class H to Y and reservation is required to contact our Call Center 1771 ( 66 2 270 6699 ) or Ticket office.</p>

<h3>Service procedure at the airport</h3>

<p><strong>UNACCOMPANIED MINOR CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS</strong><br />
The following information is required at time of check-in:</p>

<ul>
	<li>Information specific to the adult checking-in the unaccompanied minor must include:
	<ul>
		<li>Identification document (e.g. ID card, passport or drivers&rsquo; license) with address as shown in application.</li>
		<li>Phone number &ndash; the number provided to the agent will be used for contact in case of any changes and as an emergency contact</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>Information specific to the adult picking up the unaccompanied minor at their destination to include:
	<ul>
		<li>Identification document (e.g.ID card, passport or drivers&rsquo; license) of the adult meeting upon arrival.&nbsp;</li>
		<li>Phone number to contact</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
</ul>

<p><span class="text-tiny"><strong>Note : </strong>A photo copy of identification documents of the child, the person escorting the child at airport of departure and the person picking up the child at destination will be proceeded by our ground staff.</span></p>

<h3>Procedures for the UMNR travel</h3>

<ul>
	<li>You will have to fill out the UMNR form at the point of origin. This form is available at the check-in counter.</li>
	<li>You are kindly requested to stay with your child until boarding.</li>
	<li>The child is escorted by our ground staff and handed over to the cabin crew.</li>
	<li>Our cabin crew will look after your child during the flight.</li>
	<li>At the destination, the ground staff will then escort the child and will hand over the child only to the person whose name is designated as the person meeting on arrival in the UMNR form.</li>
	<li>If the onward connecting flight is on another airline, departing from the same terminal which can be easily accessed without exiting the terminal building, we will transfer the UMNR to the connecting carrier, provided the same day connections.</li>
</ul>

<p><span class="text-tiny"><strong>Notes :</strong> Upon departure and arrival, we request that each child has to be accompanied by an adult. If the designated adult fails to show up upon arrival, the children will be returned to the original departure city. The sending guardian is responsible for the extra travel costs. Please ensurethe designated guardian arrives at the airport prior to the arrival time of the plane that the child is on board.</span></p>

<h3>Young Passengers (YP)</h3>

<p>Young passenger is a child age 12 &ndash; below 16 years old travelling alone who may require special assistance during the trip. If request the unaccompanied service or any further assistance, please contact the Bangkok Airways reservation/call centre at least 24 hours prior to departure time and receive confirmation of your application.</p>

<p class="remark"><strong>Note :</strong> Young passengers (YP) are not considered adults and cannot accompany children under the age of 12.</p>


<h3>เด็กเดินทางเพียงลำพัง</h3>

<p>สำหรับผู้โดยสารเด็กที่มีอายุระหว่าง 5 ปี แต่ไม่เกิน 12 ปีบริบูรณ์ ณ วันเดินทาง ที่เดินทางเพียงลำพังโดยที่ไม่มีผู้ปกครองร่วมเดินทางไปด้วย สายการบินบางกอกแอร์เวย์สสามารถจัดการการให้บริการเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้ท่านได้ตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด สำหรับในกรณีที่ผู้โดยสารเด็กมีอายุระหว่าง 12 ปี แต่ไม่เกิน 16 ปีบริบูรณ์ ที่ตามปกติไม่จำเป็นต้องใช้บริการนี้แต่หากท่านต้องการใช้บริการเป็นกรณีพิเศษ ท่านสามารถสอบถามบริการนี้ได้จากทางสายการบินเช่นกัน</p>

<p class="remark"><strong>หมายเหตุ :</strong> ผู้โดยสารเด็กที่มีอายุระหว่าง 5 ปี แต่ไม่เกิน 12 ปีบริบูรณ์ นับเป็น ผู้โดยสารเด็กเดินทางเพียงลำพัง แม้ว่าจะเดินทางร่วมกับผู้โดยสารวัยเยาว์ท่านอื่นที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 16 ปี</p>

<h3>การสำรองที่นั่งและออกบัตรโดยสาร</h3>

	<li>สำหรับท่านที่มาส่งผู้โดยสารเด็ก ท่านจะต้องเตรียมเอกสารในการตรวจสอบดังนี้
	<ul>
		<li>เอกสารระบุตัวตน (เช่น บัตรประชนชน หนังสือเดินทาง หรือ ใบขับขี่)&nbsp;ที่แสดงที่อยู่ตามที่ได้แจ้งกับสายการบินไว้</li>
		<li>หมายเลขโทรศัพท์ &ndash; ทางสายการบินจะใช้สำหรับการติดต่อในกรณีที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงใดๆ และในกรณีฉุกเฉิน</li>
	</ul>
	</li>
	<li>สำหรับผู้ที่มารับผู้โดยเด็กทางปลายทาง ท่านจะต้องเตรียมเอกสารในการตรวจสอบดังนี้
	<ul>
		<li>เอกสารระบุตัวตน (เช่น บัตรประชนชน หนังสือเดินทาง หรือ ใบขับขี่) ของผู้ที่มารับ</li>

<p><span class="text-tiny"><strong>โปรดทราบ :</strong> พนักงานบริการภาคพื้นดินจะทำสำเนาเอกสารระบุตัวตนของเด็ก ผู้ที่มาส่งเด็กที่สนามบินต้นทาง และผู้ที่มารับเด็กที่ปลายทาง</span></p>

<h3>ขั้นตอนในการเดินทาง UMNR</h3>

<ul>
	<li>ผู้ปกครองจะต้องกรอกแบบฟอร์มข้อมูลเด็กเดินทางตามลำพัง ที่จุดเริ่มต้นการเดินทางโดยกรอกแบบฟอร์ม &nbsp;ได้ที่เคาน์เตอร์เช็คอิน</li>
	<li>ผู้ปกครองต้องไปส่งที่สนามบินและอยู่กับเด็กจนกระทั่งถึงเวลาขึ้นเครื่อง</li>
	<li>พนักงานบริการภาคพื้นดินของสายการบินจะดูแลเด็กและส่งมอบให้กับลูกเรือ</li>
	<li>ลูกเรือของเราจะดูแลบุตรหลานของท่านในระหว่างเที่ยวบิน</li>
	<li>ที่ปลายทางพนักงานภาคพื้นดินจะดูแล และพาเด็กไปมอบเด็กแก่บุคคลที่มีชื่อปรากฏในเอกสารการมารับเท่านั้น</li>
	<li>หากเด็กมีเที่ยวบินต่อไปยังสายการบินอื่นที่ออกจากสนามบินเดียวกัน สามารถเชื่อมต่อการเดินทางโดยไม่ต้องออกจากอาคาร ซึ่งทางสายการบินจะประสานงานส่งUMNRให้แก่สายการบินนั้นโดยจะต้องมีเวลาต่อเครื่องภายในวันเดียวกัน</li>
</ul>

<p><span class="text-tiny"><strong>โปรดทราบ :</strong> พ่อแม่หรือผู้ปกครองจะต้องมารับและส่งเด็กที่สนามบิน ในกรณีที่ผู้ปกครองที่จะมารับยังปลายทางไม่มาปรากฏตัว ทางสายการบินจะดำเนินการส่งเด็กกลับไปยังเมืองต้นทาง โดยผู้ปกครองที่มาส่งจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทางเป็นกรณีพิเศษ ทั้งนี้กรุณาแจ้งผู้ปกครองที่จะมารับยังปลายทางควรมาถึงสนามบินก่อนเวลาการมาถึงของเที่ยวบินนั้นๆ</span></p>

<h3>บริการพิเศษสำหรับผู้โดยสารวัยเยาว์ (YP)</h3>

<p>ผู้โดยสารวัยเยาว์หมายถึงผู้เยาว์ที่มี่อายุระหว่าง 12 ปี แต่ไม่เกิน 16 ปีบริบูรณ์ ที่เดินทางเพียงลำพังและอาจต้องการขอให้สายการบินช่วยดูแลเป็นพิเศษในระหว่างที่ใช้บริการ &nbsp;หากต้องการร้องขอบริการดูแลพิเศษหรือบริการอื่นเพิ่มเติม กรุณาติดต่อศูนย์สำรองที่นั่ง/Call Centre อย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนเวลาออกเดินทางและได้รับการยืนยันการร้องขอของคุณ</p>
