13.1.1 您應負責取得出境、入境或過境各國所需要的旅遊證件和簽證，並遵守其所有法律、法規、命令、指令和旅遊要求。
13.1.2 We shall not be liable for the consequences to any Passenger resulting from his her failure to obtain such documents or visas or to comply with such laws, regulations, orders, demands, requirements, rules or instructions.
Prior to travel, you must present all exit, entry, health and other documents required by the laws, regulations, orders, demands or other requirements of the countries concerned, and permit us to make and retain copies thereof. 如您不遵守以上規定或您的旅行證件不符合要求，我們有權拒載。
13.2.1 Required travel documents for international flights
Passengers travelling overseas are responsible for preparing all required travel documents and visas in compliance with the applicable laws of the countries of embarkation, transit, and destination.
13.2.2 Required travel documents for domestic flights
Passengers shall present their passport, Thai national identification card, or other official document issued by a Thai government authority which contains their photo (e.g. a government official card, driving license, or civil registry certificate) at the check-in counter and upon boarding the aircraft.
For infants and children holding a Thai nationality, their passport, national identification card, or the original of their birth certificate may be presented [at the check-in counter and upon boarding the aircraft].
Passengers who are foreign nationals shall present their passport or other identification document issued by a Thai government authority which contains their photo, namely:
- Non-Thai national identification card; or
- Work Permit
These are the only documents valid for domestic travels.
備註：Copies of identification documents cannot be used as valid identification documents for travel.
If you are denied entry into any country, you will be responsible to pay any fine or charge assessed and imposed on us by the relevant Government, and for the cost of transporting you from that country. 對於我們已經將您運至該拒絕入境地點的票款，我們不予退還。
If we are required to pay any fine or penalty or to incur any expenditure by reason of your failure to comply with the laws, regulations, orders, requests, or demands in respect of other travel requirements of the countries concerned or to produce the required documents, you shall reimburse upon our request as per the actual amount so paid or expenditure so incurred. 我們可以從您未使用航段的票款或我們所掌管的您的款項中扣除以上費用。
If required or requested to do so, you shall attend the inspection of your Baggage by the Customs or other Government officials. 對於此種檢查過程中產生的任何損失或損害，或您未遵守這些要求而產生的任何損失或損害，我們不承擔責任。
You shall submit to any security checks by the Government officials, airport officials, Carriers or by us.
